Headline tip their hats to…

We’ve already got our organiser hats on for the 2012 Theakstons Old Peculier Crime Writing Festival, but what’s wrong with a bit of nostalgia. With a well deserved nod to all of those crime writers that have made 2011 a spine-tinglingly, breathtakingly, nail-bitingly good year, we ask publishers to reflect on the past year with their ‘Best of 2011’ Lists. If you’re looking for ideas for your Christmas list, or for a criminally good read for a gift, them you’re in the right place. Over the coming weeks we’ll showcase publishers picks, as they take us on a fun filled, and sometimes dangerously dark, journey of discovery.

Have your say on what the publishers have picked by leaving your comments below. Maybe you’ve read one of the chosen, in which case let us know what you thought in our Reader Review section.

Our first installment comes from Headline, who have given us their hit-list or, as they themselves described, their ‘dirty dozen’. Are you sitting comfortably? Ok, here goes…
