Get Creative for Your Chance to Win Tickets to the 2013 Festival- COMP CLOSED

Bloomsbury are running a fantastic short story competition with a great selection of prizes, including tickets to the 2013 Theakstons Old Peculier Crime Writing Festival! If you are feeling creative, it’s time to put pen to paper and get to work on your very own thriller short story.

Write a 1000 word crime short story, on a set theme, and you could win rover tickets to next year’s festival, a place at a the Writers’ & Artists’ Yearbook conference 2014 and have your story published as part of the Short Sentence Collection! The competition has centred around five themes chosen by different authors, and October’s theme, as chosen by James Runcie, is Obsession.
