We also think the Theakstons Old Peculier Crime Writing Festival Tshirts and pens the perfect stocking fillers for festival fans. Visit the festival shop for more details.

Watching  Skyfall has got us excited about all things Bond again. What better gift for fans of the super spy than the 50th anniversary boxset with 22 films in one stylish box.

We would also like to get our hands on some of these beautiful editions of the Bond books from Vintage. Perfect reading for winter nights.

For the beer lovers out there the lovely people at Theakstons have a great selection of ale themed gifts available, including beer, hampers and glasses.

To get you in the mood for the 2013 festival how about sinking your teeth in to True Blood? Catch up with the goings on in Bon Temps ahead of creator Charlaine Harris’ special guest appearance at the 2013 festival. Get the first ten Sookie Stackhouse novels together in this boxset.

If you are putting pen to paper and working on a crime novel of your own, these may be the perfect notebooks in which to write your bestseller.

2013 Festival Special Guest Susan Hill has a beautiful selection of book themed gifts available on her website, we particularly love this ‘She’s too fond of books’ mug.

Finally, if you are looking for a gift for children, how about a copy of Val McDermid’s debut children’s book, My Granny is a Pirate? With beautiful illustrations and witty rhymes kids will love this story of a swashbuckling granny are her pirate adventures.
