As Raworths Harrogate Literature Festival reaches its 10th year, we celebrate a stellar partnership that has inspired, educated and entertained for a decade in Harrogate.

From offering free books through Mini Libraries and our Stop Me And Book One campaign to encouraging creative writing with the 10 Word Stories and children’s creative writing competitions, Raworths Harrogate Literature Festival inspires a shared appreciation of books across diverse audiences.

A decade on, Raworths Harrogate Literature Festival continues to light up Harrogate with literature, bringing a wide ranging programme of talented authors and speakers to the beautifully intimate setting of The Crown Hotel, Harrogate, from 20 to 23 October 2022.

From the back gardens of Britain to the global challenges facing us today, we explore hidden histories and the latest political, cultural and social trends with bestselling authors, leading thinkers, influential political figures, historians and stars of the screen.
