Harrogate International Festivals is a charitable organisation known for delivering a rolling programme of artistic and cultural Festivals and events in Harrogate, including Berwins Salon North, the Theakston Old Peculier Crime Writing Festival, Harrogate Music Festival, Raworths Harrogate Literature Festival and the Harrogate International Sunday Series.

Martin Mann, Chief Executive of the Harrogate District Chamber of Commerce, said: “Harrogate International Festivals has a reputation for brining renowned, world class events to Harrogate, significantly increasing the cultural and tourism offer in the area. The increased footfall has, of course, created opportunities for local businesses, and we are delighted to support the Festivals in building on that success.”

Sharon Canavar, Harrogate Festivals Chief Executive, said: “As a charitable organisation, we are funded almost entirely by ticket sales, sponsorship and donations, with just two per cent of our regular income coming from public funding. We are incredibly grateful for the support of Harrogate District Chamber of Commerce, which will help us to progress with our fantastic programme of events for 2024, starting with the internationally renowned Sunday Series in January.”
