In partnership with: In 1982 the Sir Galahad was destroyed in Bluff Cove on the Falkland Islands. On board was 20-year-old Simon Weston, Welsh Guardsman, a name and face that was going to become well known for his struggle to overcome his injuries (46% burns) and redefine his role in life.

Since that day in June, he has become an inspiration for millions of people across the globe and champion of the British Army and war veterans. Despite his horrific and life-changing injuries, Simon radiates optimism and his story is one of courage and strength.

Join Simon as he discusses achievement, triumph over adversity, and seizing the moment.
