Our Festival Event Guide is a full A5 brochure detailing all Festival events throughout June and July, circulated in the months running up to and during the Summer. Our 20,000 Event Guides are printed and distributed across Yorkshire, circulating in high footfall businesses and attractions, cafes, community areas as well as homes of our audience and supporters, in addition to our 10,000 strong database of core supporters.

The resonating impact of the Arts offers an unrivaled opportunity to reach high volumes of ABC1 professionals. Our Festival programme is a high quality, full colour, perfect bound publication that provides more details about all Festival events in June and July. Packed with exclusive in-depth articles, features and interviews on our world class artists. Our 2,000 Programme Books are printed and distributed at all Festival events during the Summer to ABC1 dedicated audience.

Outdoor marketing made easy. Utilise our three outdoor Roundels, based in prominent locations within the town at Betty’s, Library Gardens and the Harrogate Leisure and Wellness Centre to advertise your upcoming event or organisation. Advertise your event or organisation through our B2 Poster Boards, located in 16 highly visible, high footfall locations within the Harrogate area. Please find below further detail on eligibility, costings, and timescales:

Category 1 – £50 fee plus £10 VAT totalling £60 (4 – 8 posters , 4 weeks).
Local: registered arts charity events, voluntary organisations, community groups and not-for-profit arts and cultural organisations

Category 2 – £150 fee plus £30 VAT totalling £180 (4 – 8 posters, 4 weeks).
Non- local: (outside of Harrogate District) registered arts charity events, voluntary organisations, community groups and not-for-profit arts and cultural organisations, plus any commercial events (local/non local).

We are not able to accept poster distribution without this form. If you are a registered charity, you are eligible for a zero rate of VAT. In order for us to process this, it is essential that you complete and return a Charity Advertising zero rated VAT form

Running a ticketed event? We can build your Box Office for you, with web, phone and in person ticketing for venues with both unreserved seating or bespoke seating plans. This includes ticket printing and supply of e-tickets. We’ll bring your Box Office on site for door sales and to help ensure your event runs smoothly.

We can provide weekly sales updates to give you all the insights you need so you can monitor your ticket sales against targets and adjust your marketing strategy accordingly.

We’ll send your customers a pre-show email containing all the key information they need to ensure they get the best experience at your event and make sure it runs smoothly.
