The Next Chapter | Donate Now

For six decades, we’ve brought the world to Harrogate – artists, writers, musicians, thinkers and audiences. From Amy Winehouse to Yehudi Menuhin, Val McDermid to Julian Lloyd-Webber, the Festival has ignited imaginations, broken boundaries and changed lives.

Now we invite you to shape the next chapter.

Every gift at every level will play an important part in helping us to achieve our ambition to create a secure future for the Festivals, dramatically increasing the cultural opportunities for Harrogate and the wider region.

“With your support our campaign will allow us to move further and faster and to touch more lives with our work”

Let’s Get Specific…Your Gift To Help Our Future

Donations are vitally important to us and as a donor you may wish to specify where you would like your money to be put to work.

The following examples give an idea of what your donation can do:

£1000 – 20 people giving £1000 would raise enough to underwrite a series of classical concerts in the Harrogate Music Festival.

£2000 creates a platform for a Young Musician to

perform at the Festivals. £12,000 would create an

entire season of Young Musicians.

£5,000 would provide a series of literacy

workshops for schools or libraries.

£8,000 would support the Reader in Residence post for

two years, working with communities and young

people least engaged in reading.

£20,000 would contribute towards programming a

world-class international orchestra.

Personal donations may be eligible for Gift Aid.

Donations can be made in memory of a loved one.

Appeal Pledges can be structured over a number of years, allowing you to achieve more than you may have imagined.

A range of corporate partnerships are available to support the HIF@60 Appeal.

You may also wish to consider support with a gift in your will.
