About the Role
At Harrogate International Festivals, our work is made possible by the generosity of supporters, sponsors, trusts and individuals who believe in the power of arts and culture to change lives.
We’re looking for an organised and people-focused Development & Partnerships Officer to help grow and nurture those relationships.
Working closely with our Chief Executive, you’ll play a central role in delivering an exceptional experience for our Friends, supporters, sponsors and partners, helping to secure the income and relationships that enable us to present world-class festivals, inspire communities and support artists for generations to come.
This is a new opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has exceptional organisational skills and wants to make a tangible difference within a creative, ambitious charity.

This is a permanent, part-time role (22-30 hours pw).
Salary range £25,000-£30,000 pro rata dependent on experience.
