Box Office

Booking your tickets

Our independent Box Office service offers a great range of ticket booking options, and ensures you receive a personal service from the Festivals Team.

Our Cheltenham Parade Box Office is open Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm for ticket bookings and collections. Alternatively tickets can be collected from our Pop Up Box Office at the event venue 30 minutes before the event starts.

If you have booked an e-ticket, you do not need to collect it, simply print it at home or show it on your phone at the door. If you have joined the Friends of the Festival, your welcome pack and Friends membership card will be sent to you by post.
