The Harrogate Father Christmas Experience is an Elf training sing along show with Father Christmas and Tinsel the Elf. After the show every family/group will have the chance to meet Father Christmas, take a picture and all children will get an early Christmas gift and an elf certificate from Father Christmas.

Families with tickets will be welcomed into a special Elf School entrance doorway by our North Pole Elves which opens 30 minutes before their booked show times. When families have been registered they will be taken to the Elf Coco Cafe where children will have the opportunity to help the elves make some decorations for the Coco Cafe as they wait to be invited to see Father Christmas. Families will also have the option to purchase refreshments in the Elf Coco Cafe before their show time begins. Father Christmas will send a message to the Elves when he is ready to meet everyone and families will then be taken through to meet Father Christmas and Tinsel the Elf for their Elf Training experience! When all elf jobs have been completed Father Christmas will invite families up to meet him and everyone will have the opportunity to take a photo with Father Christmas. All children will receive an elf training certificate and a Christmas gift from Father Christmas. Once families have met Father Christmas they will be able to leave full of Christmas magic or extend their festive celebrations by booking a table for brunch/lunch or refreshments at the Crown.

You will be able to enter the building and register with the elves 30 minutes before your Elf Training start time. We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before to enjoy the full experience.

If a child in your party is unable to attend please let the Elves know and they can arrange for gifts to be taken away with family/friends who are attending. Where possible Father Christmas will be able to record a greeting on a device for family/friends to pass on to any children unable to attend.

Parking is very limited at the Crown Hotel. There is free on street parking with a disc around the hotel along with pay and display options. Please check the signs carefully to avoid any potential parking tickets.

We are carefully monitoring the situation re Covid 19 and the safe delivery of events. We ask that all bookers take a lateral flow test before attending and that if any of your party have any symptoms that you do not attend the event.

Yes, we recommend booking in advance. We are keen to manage numbers appropriately hence the need to book in advance.

Yes, it definitely helps + please ensure you have filled in the booking confirmation re your party beforehand.
