Box Office Opening Times:
Opening Hours: Monday to Friday, 10.00am to 5.00pm.
Please note that we are closed from Wednesday 17 July – Tuesday 23 July as all staff are onsite for the Theakston Old Peculier Crime Writing Festival.
Our Box Office will also move onsite to the Old Swan Hotel, with the following opening hours:
Thursday 18 July 3pm – 9.30pm
Friday 19 July 8.30am – 10pm
Saturday 20 July 8.30am – 10pm
Sunday 23 July 8.30am- 12pm
Ticket Collection:
Our main Box Office at 32 Cheltenham Parade, Harrogate is open Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm for ticket bookings and collections, alternatively tickets can be collected from our Pop Up Box Office at the event venue 30 minutes before the event starts.
Please note that tickets for the Theakston Old Peculier Crime Writing Festival should be collected from our on-site Box Office at the entrance to the Old Swan Hotel. Opening hours above.

Any uncollected tickets that are being held at our Cheltenham Parade Box Office will be brought to the event venue and can be collected from up to 30 minutes before the event starts.
E-tickets/Print At Home Tickets: You can print your ticket or show your ticket from your mobile phone at the entrance.
Most events will be held at The Crown Hotel, however, events with William Hanson and Ros Atkins will be held at the Old Swan Hotel.
If you have booked an e-ticket, you do not need to collect it – simply print it at home or show it on your phone.
Please note that if you have joined the Friends of the Festival, your Welcome Pack and Friends membership card will be sent to you by post.
Payment:
Harrogate International Festivals Box Office accepts all major credit/debit cards (except American Express), cash and cheques. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Harrogate International Festivals’.
Booking Fees:
All transactions are subject to a £2.50 booking fee. Please note that we’re not able to refund your booking fee in any circumstances, even if an event is cancelled. This is because we have already paid the credit card charges, and booking software charges incurred by processing your original order and these charges are non-refundable. We would also incur additional charges in processing the refund of the face value ticket price.
Booking Online using Apple Products:
Please note that due to a recent Apple technology software update there are problems using Apple products to book on our website. This is a problem originating with Apple technology. We are aware of the situation and are taking steps to work around this technical problem. In the meantime we advise all users to use alternative technology or to call the box office directly to book.

Ticket Delivery:
If required, we will endeavour to post all tickets out within 2 working days of making a booking. Tickets will be posted by Second Class Post at a cost of £1.50.
Tickets can also be left at the relevant Box Office for collection. If you have chosen to collect your tickets at the Box Office we recommend picking up your tickets at least half an hour before the event begins. Please bring along the order number and any proof of eligibility for any discounted tickets/concessions.
Payments:
Harrogate International Festivals will not store your credit or debit card details and payments will be taken on a per transaction basis, as indicated by the card holder via phone or www.harrogateinternationalfestivals.com
Tickets on the door:
Subject to availability tickets will be available to purchase on the door of all events one hour prior to the show starting. Be aware events can sell out in advance. Early booking is recommended.
Access Scheme:
Here at Harrogate International Festivals we are committed to ensuring all customers can enjoy our events equally. To better serve our patrons who have specific access needs we have our Access Scheme. The list is free to join and once you qualify as a member you may be entitled to a complimentary ticket (excluding food) for a Personal Assistant/Carer. To become a member of this list please fill in this Access Scheme Form and return it to our Box Office or email it to info@harrogate-festival.org.uk.
Concessions:
Concessions are available for under 18s, students in full time education and those receiving unemployment benefits. Appropriate identification must be provided. May not be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Gift Vouchers:
An online gift voucher can be purchased for any amount up to £1000. When purchasing a gift voucher it is possible to send it to yourself or directly to a recipients email address. You can also specify the date that the Gift Voucher will be emailed to the recipient (within 12 months of the purchase date).
The Gift Voucher can be redeemed online at the Checkout stage or direct with the Box Office at Harrogate International Festivals. If not redeemed, Gift Vouchers issued prior to November 2016 will expire 12 months after they were sent, all Gift Vouchers issued from November 2016 onward will expire 18 months after the day they are sent.
