Prepare for the week ahead with a relaxing hour of sound bath healing run by Chantelle from Enhance U.

In this session, you get to relax, lie down with a blanket and pillow and let the energy flow through you, to restore and align your own vibrations in the body via your chakras, these energetic wheels correspond to bundles of nerves, and major organs, that affect our emotional and physical well-being.
A crafted session that combines ancient wisdom with modern science. Through instruments like crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and more, you will embark on a journey of sonic healing, leaving you revitalised, balanced, and in harmony with yourself.

This event is open to everyone, no prior experience or knowledge is required. However the event is not suitable for anyone suffering from epilepsy, in the first trimester of pregnancy or carrying a pacemaker.
